I’ve used the capsules and the rose oil.  Both are gorgeous and the smells are beautiful.  But what I love about the bliss capsules, is that the rose is invigorating in the morning and the lavender is so calming at night time. I really felt how amazing they felt on my skin after I’d been on a 25 hour flight.  My skin felt so dry and taught, but after my skin routine and I finished off by patting the beautiful oil  onto  my skin, my face felt refreshed and supple again, it was a truly amazing transformation!
