I love the refreshing citrus smell and texture of this balm. My face feels very soft and clean after washing off with a small face towel soaked with warm water. My towel smells and acts like a spa.

I love the smell and the texture of this cleanser. My skin is a bit sensitive at the moment adjusting to prescription retinoid and I found the balm stripping. It might work better once my skin adjusts.

Not sure what’s the difference between this cleansing balm and the classic one, but this is just as good! Would hope to get a normal size in future.

I got this as a sample in a recent order and it's definitely up there with the original Elemis cleansing balm. The smell is a little unusual but the texture of the balm is second to none. It removes make-up so easily and doesn't irritate my skin or cause breakouts. The rose balm is my favourite scent but this one is right up there too!

Taking make up off used to be a chore until I tried this product. Now I love the whole experience of cleansing my face at the end of the day. I love the scent, the texture and feel of the product on my face. It reminds me of the spa treatment I had on a cruise when I first experienced this product. This sachet size is useful for overnight trips.
