I have been using the Instant Refreshing Gel for a couple of years now and I gotta say that I absolutely LOVE this stuff. I used to get pains in my calves from lack of Potassium so I would massage this gel into the muscle and several minutes later I would start to feel the pain ease up. My pain was dying down and I was relaxing. If you've never tried this, you must try it!! It really helps.

This gel is really refreshing for tired legs and feet, along with aches and pains from arthritis or muscle pain. Been using it for years.
