This is a saviour cream. From using another branded cream that had given me very dry skin under my eye area i was looking for something that could help. My dryness disappeared within a few days of application. I definitely recommend.

I was advised to try this product as I’m a midwife wearing PPE all day and have a triangle of spots in the shape of my face mask. I’ve not got greasy skin and never had spots before except for the odd hormonal ones. After a good cleanse and tone and currently using bliss capsules I apply a thin layer to the congested area of my skin then my normal Elemis moisturiser over the rest of my face. Within 2 weeks, no more spots and the dark pigmentation left from the old spots had faded. It’s not a luxury product it’s a hard working product that I shall purchase again

Amazing product, would highly recommend this to anyone who has SUPER dry skin or suffers with breakouts like I do.

I was very skeptical about purchasing Elemis range as a black woman in her 40s because I was not sure if the product was created to cater for black skin. Since turning 40 I have noticed that I tend to have break out around my jaw line and have been getting the few spots here and there around and during my monthly cycle. However, I started using the S.O.S treatment and the first sign of a break out. I used it twice per day in one day (AM/PM) noticed a significant difference the following morning. The pimples were significantly reduced and by day 3 the spots had disappeared. So I'm happy that I bought it, certainly worth it.

I suffer with perioral dermatitis, I struggle finding products that wont set of a flare up which can turn bad and will need antibiotics to clear it up, I find my skin loves Elemis and the sos cream is my stranded on a desert island must have ! The sun is a massive factor in my flare ups so I team it up with the Elemis daily defence shield

Beautiful cream, smells amazing! The appearance of my skin has changed so much, Would highly recommend this to anyone.
