I have been using the Instant Refreshing Gel for a couple of years now and I gotta say that I absolutely LOVE this stuff. I used to get pains in my calves from lack of Potassium so I would massage this gel into the muscle and several minutes later I would start to feel the pain ease up. My pain was dying down and I was relaxing. If you've never tried this, you must try it!! It really helps.
