Holy Grail of Hydrating Toners!

This is the most amazing toner, I replaced 3 others I was using with this one. It’s so hydrating, not sticky at all, and absorbs beautifully. The smell is divine and I feel positively pampered every time I use it.

Great toner

I recently tried the Elemis Ginseng toner for my dry skin, this toner smells nice & rehydrates my skin. I love the spritzer as it gives me enough to tone my face. Without getting too much product. I 100% recommended.
