It’s a silky consistency which applies easily and is absorbed by the skin leaving a slight glow on the eye area. Just 2 drops it would go long way.  Very hydrated and make skin smooth.

After using this every day for the last 14 days, I can truly say I have noticed a difference in my visual appearance and hydration levels of my under eyes!
